Here is a sample of a catering menu that we can provide at your home or office location. Menu can be adjusted, and customized according to clients preference and dietary requirements
APPETIZERS:
1. Grilled Vegetable plate: Zucchini, carrots, green peppers and Portobello mushrooms, on a bed of Mesclun salad w/Carrot Ginger Dressing. $6.95 per person, $65 a plate (10 people)
2. Fried zucchini: As French Fries w/ Marinara Sauce. Humus plate: Garlic Humus w/pita bread and corn chips. $6.95 per person, $50 a plate (10 people)
3. Humus and Guacamole special: Served with baked corn chips and pita bread. $7.95 per person, $70 a plate (10 people)
4. Raw Vegetable platter: Assorted Vegetable (carrots, celery, broccoli w/Cesar Dressing or your choice of dressing.
WRAP: Cut to small pieces w/tooth pick attached to them
1. Grilled Vegetable Wrap: Grilled zucchini, carrots, Portobello Mushrooms, stuffed inside a tortilla (your choice of spinach, tomato, or whole wheat tortilla) with lettuce, tomato sprout, and watercress. $7.50 per order
2. Regular Wrap: Change the vegetable with a choice of Tofu, Tempeh or Seitan, add choice of dressing and tortilla.
3. Humus Wrap: Replace the Tofu, Tempeh or Seitan w/Humus. $6.00 per order
SALADS:
1. House Salad: Mixed Mesclun Salad with cucumber, onion and cherry tomato and choice of dressing. $4.95 per person
2. Greek Salad: Romaine Lettuce topped with cucumber, Kalamata olives and Feta cheese and red onion. $7.95 per person
3. Cesar Salad: Chopped Romaine Lettuce tossed with Croutons and Dulse, served w/house made Cesar Dressing on the side. $7.95 per person
ENTREES:
1. Lasagna: Mixture of Artichoke and Semolina pasta filled with carrots, zucchini, and tofu Ricotta cheese served with small salad and plum potato Sauce. $10.95 per person
2. Paradise Casserole: Three (3) layers of sweet potato, black bean and polenta served with mushroom gravy and small salad. $10.95 per piece
3. Quesadillas: Two (2) wheat tortillas enveloped and filled with refried black bean, roasted pepper and your choice of cheese (vegan or dairy) served w/small salad and choice of dressing. $9.95 per order
DESSERTS:
Assortment of Cakes, pastries and cookies made for all occasions, wheat free, dairy free, Kosher. All cooking and baking done on premises of our restaurant 'Organic Grill' located at 123 First Ave, N.Y., N.Y.
