Ener-G has taken this historic bread and made it gluten free. These English Muffins are a wonderful enhancement to the breakfast menu. Many toppings can be added to them to create many different delights.
Ingredients: Filtered water, white rice flour, tapioca starch, cold pressed high oleic safflower oil, pear juice concentrate, yeast, powdered tofu (soy beans & calcium sulfate), Egg Replacer [(tapioca flour, potato starch, leavening (calcium lactate {from corn sugar}, calcium carbonate, glucono delta lactone {from corn}), cellulose gum, carbohydrate gum)], xanthan gum, lecithin (from soy), Glucono Delta Lactone, sea salt, monocalcium phosphate.
