Flora Udo's 3.6.9 Oil Blend contains Perfected Oil Blend that consists of oils from fresh, certified organic flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, as well as oils from evening primrose, rice germ, and oat germ.

Kosher.

Directions: Take 1 tablespoon two times daily with meals. The cloudy layer in the oil is unique to this blend. To obtain its benefits, shake bottle gently before each use.

Ingredients: Flax oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, medium chain triglycerides (MCT), rice germand bran oil, oat germ and bran oil, evening primrose oil (13mg GLA per tablespoon), soy lecithin (GMO-free), tocotrienol. (from certified organically grown seeds).
