Grainaissance Amazake is a delicious dairy-free shake made from 100% organic whole grain brown rice. They do not use milled rice. Koji (cultured rice) is added to the cooled whole grain rice causing enzymes to break down the carbohydrates into simpler sugars (not refined). As the mixture incubates, the natural sweetness develops, creating a nectar-like beverage.

Grainaissance Amazake contains no alcohol, no added salt or oil, and no added sweeteners. Amazake is quick and easy for a dessert, snack or meal on the run.
