Nature's Way Aloelax is an aloe laxative, for relief from occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. Aloelax is an all natural remedy for constipation.

Dosage: Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water. Adults and children age 15 and over: Take 1 capsule. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period.
